The Comandante C40 MK4 Nitro Blade is globally recognized as the benchmark against which all manual coffee grinders are measured. Engineered and manufactured in Germany, its burr set is cut from a single piece of high-nitrogen martensitic stainless steel, micro-hardened to preserve edge geometry through hundreds of kilograms of specialty beans. The MK4 generation features a crash-proof axle engine with dual micro-bearings and food-grade indestructible polymer catch jars, providing razor-sharp particle distribution without fines.
