16:00 Same-Day Dispatch Cutoff
Orders placed before 16:00 CET (Monday through Friday) are calibrated, packaged in reinforced shock-absorbent cartons, and dispatched the same evening via Bpost or PostNL.

In compliance with EU Consumer Protection directives and Belgian commercial law (Code of Economic Law), you maintain the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt.
How to return: notify us within 14 days of delivery through the online return form, then send the items back within 14 days. Please return them complete, in the original packaging. We refund the price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days. If a product was used beyond what is needed to inspect it (e.g. a grinder used with beans), we may deduct the resulting loss in value.
